An engineering executive based in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Brian Brecheisen laid the foundation for his career by earning a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Following graduation, he took the position of field service engineer at Balemaster, where he installed, trained, and repaired baling equipment in international locations. Over the next three years, Brian Brecheisen gained experience leading commercial HVAC projects as a project engineer at York International and Johnson Controls, and installing and maintaining heavy industry recycling equipment as a service and sales engineer at Olympic Wire and Equipment.
From 2008 to 2011, Brian Brecheisen fulfilled a management position as a melt shop electrical engineer at Arcelormittal Steel. Among his responsibilities, he oversaw project reliability as well as managed three mechanical and electrical planners and 13 electricians. From 2011 to 2014, he held multiple positions at Nucor Steel, including melt shop electrical supervisor, power systems engineer, and electrical project engineer. During this period, he also earned a master's in business administration from Indiana University.
From 2015 to 2016, Brian Brecheisen worked as a maintenance manager at Bull Moose Tube in Elkhart, Indiana. Most recently, he served as an operations project engineer at Charter Steel, located just south of Sheboygan. There, he was responsible for the leadership of capital projects across multiple sites, including long-term development planning.
